My Story
Rebuilding Trust & Finding Hope After Infidelity.
I’ve spent years at the forefront of infidelity recovery, mentored by industry pioneers such as Rick Reynolds of AffairRecovery.com, and have created thousands of articles and videos supporting both betrayed and unfaithful partners. I began blogging in 2012 and transitioned into video education in 2015, where I discovered my ability to blend evidence-based healing strategies with personal experience, empathy, and real-world application.
In 2023, I launched my own practice to further my lifelong passion for guiding individuals and couples through recovery after infidelity. My work goes beyond traditional relationship repair, addressing emotional and sexual intimacy, childhood trauma, attachment wounds, complex PTSD, and inner child healing.
With the support of a team of experienced therapists, I continually refine and update my approach to ensure the guidance I share reflects the most current, clinically sound practices available. My goal is to help couples and individuals move through pain with clarity and compassion—transforming betrayal into personal growth, deeper connection, and lasting healing.

Finding the Right Path —
For Individuals, Couples, and Families.
My coaching supports individuals, couples, and families navigating the complex ripple effects of infidelity. I work with couples who want to rebuild their marriages, helping them develop empathy, communicate more effectively, and break free from cycles of anger, shame, and disconnection.
For those facing divorce after an affair, I provide guidance on creating a compassionate, emotionally safe environment for young adult children, so that even when a marriage ends, family relationships can continue to heal, strengthen, and evolve in healthy ways.
I also support young adults who are struggling to understand and cope with a parent’s infidelity. Together, we work through the pain, confusion, and loss of trust that often follows, helping them find stability, clarity, and meaning within changing family dynamics.
In every situation, my goal remains the same: to offer clarity, foster resilience, and support you in building a more hopeful, secure, and emotionally honest future.
